  The managers had no idea how to handle a large group and made things way more complicated than it used to be. Instead of taking our advice they came up with an excuse not to. Was not impressed with the organization of this specific chick-fil-a. Most others I've dealt with have been on top of things.

  Alicia's I'm sorry you feel that way. Your completely wrong. We are more than capable of handling large groups we made 2 school's more than happy today with fast service fresh food and no complaints. One we do not need your advice. We are more than happy to take your opinion. This is not your store. To give advice on how to operate it. I'm sorry you had the service you did I do not believe you are being completely honest. Hope our service is to your standards next time. Your standards seem pretty high tho. If your feeling that way. Thanks for your comment.
