  This location Far exceeds those that are in the Baton Rouge area. Even though we had a massive table with a lot of people needing to be served, the food was hot and fresh, our server was absolutely awesome, and overall felt very welcomed with a great atmosphere

  I have never been to a place with such bad service! The only person that was pleasant was the hostess. We arrived at 350 we were seated at 4 or waitress came at 415 and took our drink & appetizer orders & left even after being told we were ready to order. Her response was "I'll be right back" She came back around 430 we ordered our food. We sat & talk until someone said "what time is it?" Time check said it was now 520 so i went to the to go orders station & asked if they young lady could call our waitress, we needed drink refills and had dirty dishes on the table. They young lady said "oh she'll get to you." She said it with a smile that time so i said ok and went back to my table. At 545 she comes & says, "yall were looking for me?" So i said yes we need refills on our drinks & wanted to know a status on our food. She said ok im going to check I'll be back. At 6 i got up again to asked for her, the same young lady from earlier at the to go order station said, "whenever she gets there she gets there" i asked for the manager. Finally our food comes out, its cold, the only hot thing was my friends half cooked steak. We asked out her for the manager again. Finally Brad comes & i explain to him whats been going on. We were more than patient with them especially when the restaurant had no more than 4 parties there when we were seated. Brad says, "well there nothing i can do we've been busy, if you dont want the food send it back" which to us was no longer an option because we had 2 children that had started eating. But as he said we sent most of it back. Then we waited for our bill we waited until about 620 then we got up to get the bill when we got the bill they billed us for food we didn't order & food we sent back we finally got our bill taken care of at 7.
