  Just walked in this location to be told that "we're closed" when clearly the hours of operation say open till 10pm and it's 9:30 now. I've never had to deal with such a lack of caring and unprofessional workers. Won't be back

  If you go to subway the sandwiches will either be good or bad, depending on the location, and everything beyond that is the service. This location has good sandwiches and I've had the most friendly, warm service every time I've gone to this subway so it's my favorite in Metairie.

  Slow, unprofessional, overpriced. There are certain "sandwich artists" here -- I use the term loosely -- who are so slow that I will pass Subway up and go someplace else if I'm on my lunch break. I only get a 30 minute break and I've easily spent that standing in front of the counter waiting for one sandwich.
